This smoothie bowl is full of flavor and is filling!
- 2 cups of frozen berries
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1 cup of frozen grapes
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 2 tablespoons of hemp protein
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- In a blender, add frozen fruit, mango and grapes. Blend for 1-2 minutes to remove any chunks.
- Add hemp protein, cacao powder, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond butter and almond milk.
- Blend until creamy.
Top with fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, cacao nibs or hemp seeds and enjoy!
