Vegan Berry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is full of flavor and is filling!


  • 2 cups of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of frozen grapes
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp protein
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil


  1. In a blender, add frozen fruit, mango and grapes. Blend for 1-2 minutes to remove any chunks.
  2. Add hemp protein, cacao powder, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond butter and almond milk.
  3. Blend until creamy.

Top with fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, cacao nibs or hemp seeds and enjoy!
