It has been a CRAZY couple of weeks and I apologize for being more MIA than usual. I recently won a giveaway hosted by one of my favorite food bloggers, Rachlmansfield and I came home with SO many new products, including Tessemae's Lemon & Garlic Marinade. Most of you know I eat salmon at least 2-3 times a week so I was excited to test out a new recipe. I usually keep it simple and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top with a little salt & pepper or some of my cousin's homemade herb blend and then I bake it in the oven, as seen here, here and here. The Tessemae's marinade was subtle, but still gave it a boost of flavor. I can't wait to try it on other things so stay tuned for more recipes!
